About this Role

Foster a positive and supportive team culture by managing recruitment, onboarding, internal development, and executive well-being initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Carry out internal affairs such as exec development plans and semesterly check-ins
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Schedule and plan club socials and retreats
  • Resolve internal conflicts if they are to arise
  • Report directly to the Department of Human Resources

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Effective listening and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work well in teams and individually given autonomy

Commitment

  • Weekly commitment is about 3 hrs/week
  • Weekly department meeting attendance is mandatory
  • If you cannot make a meeting, you need to communicate it to your Director
  • Always read meeting minutes and communicate about your progress with action items
