Responsibilities
- Carry out internal affairs such as exec development plans and semesterly check-ins
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes
- Schedule and plan club socials and retreats
- Resolve internal conflicts if they are to arise
- Report directly to the Department of Human Resources

- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Effective listening and problem solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work well in teams and individually given autonomy
Commitment
- Weekly commitment is about 3 hrs/week
- Weekly department meeting attendance is mandatory
- If you cannot make a meeting, you need to communicate it to your Director
- Always read meeting minutes and communicate about your progress with action items
