About this Event
Currently accepting applications until April 30th @ 11:59 PM! A 2-week design jam connecting eastern and western Canada. Spend the first week developing new skills, then dive into a real design challenge brief in week two! We are collaborating with Figma @ Waterloo this year! Make sure to read through our instructions on the application portal and register for the proper option. There is an entry fee of 15$ for SFU students.
Responsibilities
- Between May 11 - 15th, you'll attend Workshops, Talks, Side Events, Resources and more to help you prepare before you start jamming!
- Between May 16 - 23rd, you'll start working on your project in groups of four, and design a solution to one of three briefs.
- Pitch your work to Judges, get feedback, find out the winners, and play fun games!
Skills
- No experience needed, just a passion to design!
Commitment
- Two Weeks of Learning and Building from May 11th to May 23rd.
