About this Event
We are currently seeking designers only until Friday, January 16, 2026 @ 11:59 PM! In the StormForge Program, you’ll work alongside fellow designers and developers to bring real-world projects to life. With continuous mentorship from throughout the program, you’ll attend crit sessions, skill-building workshops, and receive feedback to refine your project. This experience offers a hands-on way to build both technical and interpersonal skills. Build real-world projects, collaborate with peers, and enhance your technical and soft skills in a supportive, mentor-led environment.
Responsibilities
- In the StormForge Program, you’ll work alongside fellow designers and developers to bring real-world projects to life.
- With continuous mentorship from throughout the program, you’ll attend crit sessions, skill-building workshops, and receive feedback to refine your project.
- Build real-world projects, collaborate with peers, and enhance your technical and soft skills in a supportive, mentor-led environment.
Skills
- Git/Version Control: Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Project Experience: Worked on at least one team project or side project (Through Classes, Hackathons, etc...).
- Completed CMPT 276 (Recommended, but not required).
Commitment
- The commitment hours may vary depending on each group’s project and positions.
- Commitment of 3-4 hours each week from January 2026 to April 2026
